Safe condominium with space for 1 car in the internal area and more cars in the external area, close to the beach kiosks, Indian fair, gas station, supermarket, within walking distance. Please be aware of the "house rules." The space Comfortable house, living room with TV, full kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare your meal, gourmet area with large wooden table and private barbecue, stove, microwave, airfryer, blender, sandwich maker, washing machine and clothesline, 1 bedroom with Queen bed + 1 TV, 1 bedroom with two single beds + 1 single mattress, 1 full bathroom upstairs, 1 toilet downstairs + 1 electric shower located in the gourmet area that can be used for bathing as well. Guest access The duplex will be entirely private to the guest, with no access to third parties. Other things to note "House rules" We will make everything clear in the text below. If you have any questions, please ask for clarification through messages or with our collaborator: If something is damaged, broken or missing, the item's value will be charged for repair or replacement. This also applies to non-compliance with house rules, especially regarding mattresses and bed and bath linens, which are washed and delivered all clean. So, do not lie down with wet hair, makeup, sunscreen on your body or artificial tanning products. If the stains do not come out after washing, the amount for replacing the items will be charged. As for the damaged object, it will be available for 15 days if you wish to remove it. We ask that at the time of the occurrence a photo or filming of the item be taken and sent to the host. Regarding items that are part of a set, if there are no individual replacement parts, the full value of the set will be requested, and the remaining set of the item that has broken/damaged/missing will be available to the guest for removal for 15 days. We kindly ask you to understand the replacement rules, because if it were not charged, it would make it impossible to continue making our house available for stays and we always wish to maintain a high standard of quality, thus preventing the next guests from having to use damaged or stained items. Items not removed within 15 days of checkout will be donated. We appreciate and ask for everyone's understanding.
