This charming village house, fully renovated in 2023, is located in the center of Grandcamp-Maisy, just a few steps away from the beach, harbor, shops, and restaurants. The seaside village of Grandcamp-Maisy is ideally situated for visiting Omaha Beach, La Pointe du Hoc, and the American Cemetery. By car, the medieval city of Bayeux is 25 minutes away, and Mont-Saint-Michel is a 1h30 drive. The space The house features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining area separated by a historic stone wall on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy lounge with a television, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, and two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed. A large modern bathroom with a walk-in shower completes this floor. The second floor offers a home theatre with a 4K Laser projector and a 3.3-meter screen, along with a workspace equipped with a desk. Enjoy high-speed fiber internet with a speed of 1 Gbit/s. Please note that the staircase leading to the upper floors is quite steep and may not be suitable for younger children or for those less mobile. Guest access Full access to entire space.
