Penthouse Ocean View: minutes to Luquillo Beach

This is our family vacation home in beautiful Rio Grande, PR, is just minutes from El Yunque and the Luquillo kiosks and beaches. The penthouse provides beautiful ocean views and a relaxing oasis to catch some sun, relax and have fun. There are three bedrooms, two king beds and a bunk with a full and two twins, along with two full bathrooms. The common space is ample, spotless and provides all amenities you need to have a relaxing vacation. Come enjoy our space when we can't and enjoy the view! The space The Palermo Penthouse provides all the comforts and space you need to enjoy your Puerto Rico vacation whether spending time at the condo or sight seeing. We are child friendly within the condo and the community pool, basketball and tennis courts are added assets to keep you busy! Our penthouse is an oasis to relax in the sun, grill dinner, practice your swing or play one of our many other games. Our kitchen is stocked to fully cook and enjoy a family dinner. We have televisions in each bedroom and the living room, great wifi, an air matress, Cordoroy bean bag bed and pack n' play. We have added all the comforts you need to cook and relax. Guest access All space is available to guests except one supply closet. Other things to note We have a pack and play, stroller, and toys for toddlers as well as games for adults to enjoy. The beach is within a five minute drive and the community pool is a 3 minute walk! We highly recommend that you rent a car to optimize your PR vacation.
