Green Farm Cottage

Cosy, stylish cottage with three double bedrooms (one en-suite) and 2 sitting rooms on the edge of Great Cheverell. The village is well located: Devizes is 4 miles and Marlborough, Bath, Salisbury are within a 20 mile radius and make great day trip destinations. World class heritage sites such as Stonehenge and Avebury are also close by. A small village shop and pub are a few minutes' walk and there are quality country pubs in adjacent villages. The space The cottage has designated parking and further parking available. There is a fully enclosed private garden with patio and outside seating. Inside, there is a large, open plan sitting, dining area with two sofas, TV, electrics fire, dining table and chairs. The kitchen leads off the sitting room and is fully equipped with double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. The utility room has a downstairs loo, washing machine and dryer. There is a further small sitting room with a sofa bed and tv. There is a king size double bedroom and an en-suite. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms one a king size double and one a twin. There is a bathroom with a loo, sink, bath with shower overhead. Guest access There is designated parking and a private, fully fenced garden. Other things to note A railway line runs through the village and is visible from the cottage but this doesn’t disturb the peace and quiet.
