An open living area allows free movement through out the seating, dining and open kitchen areas. All this opens to the large patio with expansive views with outdoor dining as well. The two master suites include full baths. Downstairs finds two more large bedrooms, a full bath and laundry room. Another large patio area, the pool and outdoor shower. Walk down to the topside beach area or down the stairs to the beautiful blue waters and sandy beach. Kayaks can be found on the patio for your use. The entire house will be available for your use. The one master bedroom does have the owners personal belongings that we ask are not disturbed. You will have the ability to contact the host via phone or txt 24/7. The Turtle Reef Community is on the East Grand Bahama Island. You will find A only 8 homes within this community with many friendly owners. The location will allow you to enjoy the sound of waves the ocean breeze and true tranquility. Parking is on site and the Co-Host can provide contacts for rental cars.
