The complex has a large lap pool and rancho with an outdoor eating area. It is walking distance to the beach and all amenities, and a short drive to Flamingo beach and marina. There are 6 vastly different beautiful beaches within 5 to 20 minutes drive. One parking spot included. The space All bedrooms and ensuites are spacious with lots of storage space and sliding glass doors to the outside. The master bedroom has access to the large deck with ocean views. There is one safety lock box for your valuables. Shampoo and body wash available. There is also a half bath off the living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, garburator, wine fridge, filtered drinking water and ice maker on fridge. Laundry room with washer and dryer are included. High speed Wi-Fi and Chrome Cast for you to use. Ceiling fans and mounted air conditioners in each room. Pool towels and beach chairs are included. Guest access Guests have access to the pool and Rancho area and have one parking space. Extra parking is in the street. Other things to note Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. As this is a peaceful quiet community, no parties please. No pets or smoking in condo.
