La Bergerie – Charming holiday home in the Ardennes

Relax at La Bergerie, a charming cottage in Gaume composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a bubble bath, and a warm and friendly bathroom. Carefully decorated and full of character! Old renovated sheepfold, it combines charm and modernity for a comfortable stay in the countryside, in the peaceful village of Fontenoille, between Ardenne and Gaume. Its typical stone walls immerse you in an authentic atmosphere, summer and winter. The space The ground floor opens onto a pleasant south-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying the sun and equipped with a barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, induction cooktop, microwave, raclette machine, kettle, toaster and toaster. The living room has a 4-seater armchair as well as a booster seat. ⸻ The 1st floor includes a bedroom with a double bed of 180 cm x 200 cm (sheets provided). A toilet and shower room complete this floor. A washing machine and dryer are also available. ⸻ The 2nd floor is the largest bedroom. It is equipped with: • a double bed 180 cm x 200 cm (sheets provided), • a sofa bed that sleeps two extra people (sheets provided), • a bubble bath for a relaxing time. A small living room completes this comfortable space. ⸻ All rooms have a Smart TV with access to Netflix. ⸻ For children A table seat is available as well as a cage bed (sheets provided upon prior request). ⸻ Heating The central heating works with bags of pellets, at a price of €7 per bag. The first bag is free; the following will be counted at the end of the stay. Guest access Parking is available just across the road from the Bergerie. Other things to note Weekend advantage For stays ending on a Sunday, enjoy a late check-out until 6 p.m., to fully extend your weekend and leave without stress. On other days, check-out is at 10 a.m.
