We enjoy easy access to highways 101 and 280, and are walking distance to Caltrain and downtown San Carlos, which has lively restaurants, shops and a weekly farmer's market. Parking is available. No pets, please. Our garage is below the unit and we do access it periodically for supplies and to ride our exercise bike (we do not keep cars in the garage.) You will be adjacent to our backyard and that of our neighbors, so while the neighborhood is generally quiet and residential, there are people around and we entertain periodically.
