The space Take it easy at this unique getaway. 4 Queen bedrooms with closet, baggage stand, USB ports heated blankets, extra heater, window air conditioner & 2 children futon mattresses. 100s of nearby attractions, hiking trails, rock climbing, water sports, white water rafting, casinos, climb 14-er+ mountains, mountain biking trails, hot springs, hunting-fishing paradise, free shooting ranges, Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge, skiing-running trails, tube or ride bikes along river, watch a sunset by the lake, canoe, kayak, or just relax watching the sunset over the mountains! Other things to note PROPERTY RULES Any pet must be pre-approved within 48 hours of reservation. Please send vaccination records. Have fun be respectful of other tenants privacy, enjoyment and neighboring farm animals. See fire pit restrictions below. 🚫 No food or drinks in bedrooms that attracts mice critters. SEAL YOUR STORED FOODS. 🚫 No food or glass around or in pools or tubs. 🚫 No antibacterial soaps No bleach or disinfectants permitted in any rental RV units or houses drains. 🚫 No toilet paper or any other items are permitted in any campground area toilets. ‼️ The outdoor toilet by the laundry area (pool) requires you turn on the switch before and after using toilet. ‼️ 🆗✅ Guests may be outdoors 24 hours a day. The property is a Skywatchers haven of wonderful views of meteor showers, planets and the Milky Way! 🆗✅ The pool is open 24 hours per day. 😊 Quiet hours are 10 pm - 9 am. 🚫 No yelling, loud noises or music outdoors 10pm-9am. If you need charcoal or additional propane please call the number herein. ⛔️ Children must be supervised by an adult over 21. Permission might be granted for younger adults/teenagers. ⛔️ Approved pets must be on a leash or cable at all times. ⛔️ Feline litter boxes must be kept on hard floors (no carpets). Dogs poop scooped into plastic bags (in trash). 🚭 No smoking anything in any Property units, houses or other listings. We are 420 friendly outdoors. Please discard smoker byproducts in trash or planters. ‼️‼️‼️ If ANYTHING you see APPEARS AWRY, please call camp host immediately 24 hours a day. We have resources to assist. 😊 Accidents happen, we don’t mind cleaning or fixing things and we won’t charge guests for responding in a timely manner. Note that the reservation apps don’t always work around the ranch. Therefore please call the phone number provided herein to reach the campground hosts. Do not adjust pool or tub temperatures please message host & maintenance will alter temperature. ‼️‼️ Fire pit restrictions may be active due to drought or wind. Wind gusts can arrive without warning over the mountains! Supervise fire pits at all times.
