Woodland Retreat -Spacious 2 acres, Pet Friendly!
Description
Enjoy sweeping landscapes of the Columbia River from this close-in countryside home located 5 minutes off I-5 in the hills of Woodland, Washington. Relax in the privacy of a wooded 2 acre site set in the best of what the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Pets and children have plenty of room to run and explore on this private lot as well as the private gated community this home resides in. Comfortable, luxury furniture and design greet you in every room truly making this your home away from home. The space The property sits at approximately 700ft elevation which means gentle breezes in the Spring & Summer, and sometimes a light snowfall in the Winter. It is important to tune in to local weather at time of travel to ensure ease of access and possible electric outages. Guest access We have a paved, flat path that takes you to the front door outfitted with motion lights to aid in visibility for late night check-in. Two steps take you up to the front door where a lockbox sits on the main door, inside the storm door which is unlocked. Other things to note We do allow 2 dogs if guests opt to pay the $100 pet fee for the stay. Our pet policy is pretty basic: pets must stay off furniture, beds and counters, if left unattended they must be kenneled inside the house or they may roam in the garage - we also provide an oversized kennel located in the garage for our guests to use, and when picking up after your pet, you are welcome to use the potty bags provided to throw in the trash or you are welcome to simply toss in the woods - a benefit of 2 acres! Garbage bin is located up at the top of the road by the mailboxes and remains there for easy pickup by local crews. Guests can either take garbage up to it as they come and go or at checkout - whichever is easiest. Maintenance crews may come to service the property from March-November weekly, anytime after 10am.
