The space The property boasts access to Maine's ATV/Snowmobile trails as you connect to an entrance just down the road in either direction! Feel free to explore the property's nearly 60 acres along with the serene Whetstone Brook. Within an easy drive to several lakes and rivers including Sebec Lake, Schoodic Lake, and Pleasant River and other destinations such as Baxter State Park or the 100 Mile Wilderness. As you drive up to the cabin you have a grand view of Mount Katahdin in the distance - also within distance for a day trip. The home has beautiful hardwood floors and stainless appliances. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cookware and utensils for your daily needs. There is a screened in porch for you to enjoy and plenty of land for you to explore that is home to many different kinds of flora and fauna. There is also a backup generator that automatically kicks in should it be needed. There are two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a twin-over-full bunkbed. The living area has a comfy sofa and leather chair.
