Cosy Mountain Cabin

Cosy, quiet and secluded mountain cabin located in Bullaburra in the Blue Mountains, close to hikes, waterfalls and mountain villages like Leura and Wentworth Falls. It is a 4 min drive to Lawson village. The perfect base to explore! The property features an old tennis court (not professional standard), a pond and beautiful cool climate gardens. The tennis court and gardens may be used by guests staying at the cabin and also the main house on the other side of the property. The space Lovely mountain gardens, an old tennis court (perfectly usable but not professional standard), meandering pathways, a pond, a secret garden - venture out and explore the mountains, or stay and explore the 6.3 acre property! The cabin is equipped with books, board games, tennis racquets and balls, a record player and a selection of vinyl records. There is no tv or wifi so please make sure to download some shows to watch during your stay. Please also be aware that the cabin is located near bushland, so you will likely see a lot of beautiful birds and other wildlife including lizards, all kinds of insects, butterflies, and in summer it is possible you may spot a snake sunbaking, so keep an eye out when walking around and keep your dog leashed if you have one with you. If you love nature and Australian bush wildlife, you’ll love the cabin. The cabin has flyscreens so please keep them closed otherwise it’s possible that insects can come in. Bug spray is provided. The cabin is comfy, basic accomodation and is the perfect base for adventures in the Blue Mountains - but please note it is not luxury accomodation so if you are looking for a hotel experience it might not be for you. Pets may be considered provided you are able to honour the house rules so feel free to ask if you’d like to bring a furry friend 😊 Guest access The entire property. There is another house on the other side of the property, and guests staying there may also access the tennis court and gardens by the cabin. Other things to note Pets are allowed provided you are able to honour the house rules so feel free to ask if you’d like to bring a furry friend 😊. No pets are allowed on couch or beds.
