L’Olivier Gite is 4 star recently renovated 3-bedroom sleeps 8 converted barn which was originally built in 1891, it boasts modern comforts and rustic charm. The space Free WiFi Free off road parking. Baby/Small child Accessories - High chairs, Bouncy chair and Travel cot available upon request (bedding not supplied to for cot due to allergies). Bedroom 1 – 1 King size bed & Single bed. Bedroom 2 – 1 King size bed & Single bed. Bedroom 3 - 1 King size bed. Towels, toilet paper and linen for beds are supplied. Pets - We accept up to two dogs at L’Olivier Gite (there is a charge of 30 euros per dog payable upon arrival per stay). Dogs are not to be left in the premises on their own, we can dog sit. Cats are not allowed due to the fact we have a cat called Bella but sadly does not get on with other cats. Outside Dining - There are multiple dining locations from inside, to outside all over the property, including a BBQ area. Family Swimming Pool - The property includes access to a family swimming pool. Play Area – Children’s swings and play area including football net and ball, swing ball and badminton net and rackets, plus lots of open green spaces. French Countryside - The Gite is surrounded by stunning rolling French countryside and farms. Guest access Lounge Area – With plenty of Luxurious cosy seating, Wide screen TV with French and English Channels, a Music centre and a Safe to keep your valuables in. Family Dining area - Your table will be set for your arrival. Bespoke Kitchen - The splendidly equipped large kitchen, including fridge/freezer Ironing board and dishwasher and more. Private Courtyard - A BBQ can be supplied and there is a pizza oven that can be used also as a outside fire. Smoking is not allowed in the Gite although for those who do smoke there is an ashtray in the courtyard for them to use. Large garden. There is free off road parking available for two vehicles for guest to use. There is a secure key lock box on the exterior wall for you to drop off your keys if you wish to leave early in the morning upon departure. A Travel cot , Moses basket, High chairs, Bouncy chair are available upon request (bedding not supplied to for cot due to allergies). Each bedroom has a hairdryer. There is one secure safe available for guest to use free of charge. Free Wi-Fi. Free off road parking. Pool opening times - May through to October 1st 11.00hr - 17.00hr Children must be supervised at all times by an adult whilst using the pool. Food and Alcohol is not allowed to be consumed in the pool. A table and chairs are available in the garden area to sit, relax, eat and drink. There are sun loungers to use in the garden area (these can be brought into the Gites courtyard). DVD'S -There are a large selection of DVDs fo a film night in. Books - a selection of books to read. Games and toys - A selection for all ages. Security cameras - Covering the courtyard and entrance.
