Welcome to the Laurettes gites located in Montord in the heart of the Allier, large group gite with a capacity of 15 to 27 people on 380 m2 in total with its annex L Atelier du Fournil; its large living room of 70 m2, ideal for family reunions or festive evenings. 30 minutes from Vichy and Moulin, 50 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand. This large Bourbon house equipped with 9 bedrooms including 2 air-conditioned dormitories, 8 shower rooms, 8 toilets. Fenced and wooded park; private parking; and pool. The space disposable sheet kit and pillowcase covers provided. Other things to note A cleaning deposit check for 200 euro will be required. The premises must be respected and returned in a correct condition. Disposable bed linens are provided. Possibility of sheets and duvet cover package 10 euros per bed to be paid at the entrance of the cottage and cleaning package without obligation to take it 200 euros
