The space Located at Fame Residences Tower 1, CASA ARGENAY is a 24-sqm unit with mini balcony, japandi-themed interior with huge mirrors and hotel-like lightings for your unlimited selfies and ig fix! LIVING / DINING ROOM - three-seater sofa - 32” smart TV with Netflix - high-speed wifi internet - garment steamer/iron - huge wall mirror - dining table and two ottoman chairs KITCHEN - microwave - rice cooker - electric kettle - electric stove with range hood - oven toaster - basic cookwares - dishwashing soap and sponge - dining ware sets and utensils BATHROOM - shower heater - bidet - 2 fresh towels - hair dryer - shampoo, body wash and handsoap - tissue paper BEDROOM - queen-size bed with mattress - extra foldable mattress - 40” smart TV Netflix - stand fan - wardrobe cabinet with mirror - hangers, bed sheet, body towels, hand towel, pillows with case, blankets, sheet cover and extra blanket for the foldable mattress Guest access Guests can freely access the whole condo unit (except those locked cabinets, where we put all the cleaning materials) SWIMMING POOL Pool is located at 7F. Operating hours is from 6:00AM to 10:00PM only. Authorized guests can use the pool. But it has a rate of Php150/guest on regular days and Php300/guest during holidays, as prescribed by the Property Management Office. Available from Tuesday to Sunday. Pool maintenance is every Monday (swimming is NOT allowed).) Guest/s will directly buy swim coupon to the building admin. Their office is located at 2F, end of parking area. For guests checking in on Saturday or Sunday, please confirm/inform the hosts ahead of time if you will use the swimming pool ASAP or the latest is Friday morning so that we can buy a swim coupon for you. Other things to note On completion of booking, please send the names of all the guests (ideal for 2 maximum of 4 guests) along with the copy of valid IDs. Accomplish the authorization form and submit it at least one day before the confirmed booking date. This is part of the requirements of building management. Strictly No Approved Authorization Form before the arrival, No Entry. (Please provide your email address so we can send the form.) Check-in time is 2pm. At the reception, you will be asked to log and present your IDs. Self check-in from the lockbox. Early check-in and/or late check-out may only be accommodated if available for a fee of PHP 150/hr. We can accommodate the 3rd & 4th guests given they are willing to sleep in the sofa and extra mattress respectively. Check-out time is 12nn. ------------------------------------------- PARKING Paid parking is available in front of the building (Fame Mall): Php 30 first two hours Php 30 succeeding hour. There is also a Pay-Parking (open parking) across Fame Residences along Mayflower St. (you may search on waze: Mayflower Parking Mandaluyong.) P50 - first 3 hours P10 - per succeeding hour P200 plus parking fee - overnight parking (applies to customer who enter the parking before 12am “AND” exit after 10am) P500 plus parking fee - lost and damage card -------------------------------- HOUSE RULES • Strictly no smoking/vaping inside the unit. • No loud noise/ party allowed. Please respect your neighbors • No pets allowed. • No unregistered guests allowed. Unregistered guest to be informed to our guest officer. An additional charge to be given. • Please keep the unit clean. Please wash your dishes and take the trash out before you leave. There is a designated garbage room on each floor. (Cleaning fee does not include washing of dishes). • Max of 4 guests only. • Check in 2pm, Check out 12NN. • No bringing of illegal substances like DRUGS. (There is a corresponding penalty once these are violated) • Please lock the door every time you go out. • No placing of any stuff (slippers, shoes, etc.) outside entry doors of the unit and/or hallways. • Light cooking only. No cooking of food that produces heavy smoke and foul or smelly odor in hallways. Always use the exhaust to avoid smoke detector alarm. • Conserve energy. Please turn off lights, TV, and aircon, and unplug the microwave whenever you plan to go out. • Please keep your keys with you. Lost keys has a replacement fee. • Please take care of our sheets and towels. • Any damaged items will be charged accordingly. • No rearrangement of the furniture. • No flushing of tissue or any thing that may clog the toilet bowl. • Please do not eat or drink in the bedroom. The following RULES and REGULATIONS has a corresponding FINE/PENALTY from the building management. Please read carefully - if not followed, it will be charged to the guest accordingly. -Balcony area to be kept clean and strictly no drying/hanging of clothes. -Please respect the noise curfew, Noise hour is only from 10am-12pm and 3pm-8pm. -Please respect your neighbors. -Most IMPORTANT rule: Enjoy, relax, and have a great stay! : )
