The space ★ HOUSE 100% Tourist crossroads - bordering the CORREZE. → Bright, with a large courtyard, a large garden and, ideal for relaxing! → A large 6 x 12 m swimming pool (open end of May, beginning of June) with garden equipment. → 3 bedrooms and 1 large dormitory for a total of 8/9 SLEEPING PLACES including 3 or 4 double beds. (detail below) → Several PARKING spaces in front of the house. → WASHING MACHINE & CLOTHESLINE to have clean clothes in all circumstances → Travel light! We provide bed linen, towels, and welcome products: household products, shower gel & shampoo, toilet paper, as well as coffee and welcome tea. An ideal place, in a quality environment, to stay for a professional stopover, a family stay or a tourist visit. ★ 100% Equipped HOUSE You will appreciate the proximity of the hiking trails, the village of Saint Jean Hospital, and many surrounding villages... The house, with one floor, consists of: On the ground floor: → a large kitchen open to the dining room and living room. → a bathroom. → a separate toilet. → two bedrooms with a double bed of 140 cm. → all the equipment necessary to eat outside: tables, chairs, plancha... On the first floor: → a large dormitory with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people and a child's bed (90 x 190). → a large bedroom upstairs with 2 90 cm beds that can be grouped together to make a 180 cm double bed. → a workspace and a reading corner. → a bathroom. → a separate toilet. It is equipped with all the basic appliances including: → air conditioning. → a TV and internet. → a dishwasher. → a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. → a pellet stove. → a washing machine. ★CLEANING and LINEN★ The linen is done by us, as well as the cleaning between each stay. For the comfort of all, we kindly ask that you maintain the villa during your stay. ★MEDIUM-TERM STAYS★ Please don't hesitate to reach out, we will offer you a personalized rate. Guest access Surrounded by a ★LARGE PARK of 3 hectares★ this house is accessible by road and is not fenced, but there is very little traffic. Instructions including its exact location, as well as the lockbox code, will be sent to you by text message the day before your arrival around 12 p.m. ★Check-in: from 4 p.m. ★Checkout: until 10 a.m. ★LUGGAGE★ Don't hesitate, you can drop off your luggage before your check-in time. Other things to note ⁂ Our house is NON-SMOKING inside. ⁂ We hope you have a pleasant stay but we do not allow parties or gatherings in our accommodation.
