Spacious lake front home with 360 ft of shoreline and a 2 stall boat house. Depending on the season, our property provides great fishing for Crappie, Bass, and Catfish. Additional amenities include: gas grill, pellet smoker, high speed wifi, 3 of 4 bedrooms include a TV, over 200 DVDs including lots of kids movies, a Kuerig and drip coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen, paddle boat, washer & dryer, luxurious master bath including a double waterfall shower and jetted tub, and much more. Master bedroom features a king size bed and an on suite complete with a jetted tub and 6x6 double waterfall shower heads. Bedroom 2 & 3 each have a queen size bed. Bedroom 4 has 2 bunkbeds with 2 full size and 2 twin size beds. Also includes a very large living room, large kitchen, and a dinning area that seats 8 people. The back porch overlooks the calm cove waters and the double stall boathouse features a deck with an outdoors table with 6 chairs. Property includes a private boathouse and 360ft of shoreline. We are new to hosting so please let us know if you need anything to make your stay better or our next guests. If an emergency, our adult son does live in the separate apartment attached to the home. Extremely quite and peaceful. We had to move away unexpectedly for work and had no plans to Airbnb our dream home. Therefore, we have some projects that are not yet complete but will be soon. Example, the boathouse does not have fresh water or electricity yet. We plan to have this completed by summer 2024.
