Issaguen (in Amazigh: ⵉⵙⵙⴰⴳⵡⴻⵏ, Issagwen), formerly Achaken and often designated but not officially as "Ketama" is a Moroccan rural commune in the province of Al Hoceima, in the Al Hoceima administrative region. It has an agglomeration of its urban center of the same name. It can be considered the capital of the tribal confederation of the Sanhadja of Srayr.
