The bungalow has a traditional feel with all of the mod-cons you need to have a comfortable holiday and there is private, gated parking, a spacious enclosed garden with patio and WIFI available. Located in a quiet village setting, just five minutes drive from Famagusta's town centre with shops, bars & restaurants .. plus the sandy beaches. The space A bright and spacious home; perfect for multi generational families or groups to enjoy a holiday and/or visit nearby relatives. The open plan living, kitchen and dining space provides a nice & comfortable area for preparing meals and evening games. There is also a TV & WIFI available. The landscaped garden surrounds the property and offers a safe, enclosed space for children to play. Please note; due to all of the fruit tree's and plants, during hotter months, our gardener will need visit weekly to water the garden - external access required only and they will not interrupt your stay. With a balcony at the front and a large patio to the rear, the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing with drinks and a bbq. Inside, there are two double bed rooms both with plenty of storage and offering a comfortable retreat after a long day. Extra blankets are available during cooler months and the master bedroom has French doors, opening onto the front balcony. The large bathroom has a shower, separate bath, w.c & sink. Air conditioning is located in both bedrooms and the bathroom, for added comfort. Upon request, a sofa bed within the lounge can be available for an extra child along with a travel cot and highchair if needed. Guest access The bungalow is accessed via a private drive, from a quiet residential street. The driveway is gated with plenty of parking and an enclosed garden.
