I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. Do's ✅ - Ask first and respect the rules of the house and community - Make sure lights and appliances are switched off when leaving - Close the windows and lock the door when leaving - Please make sure the premis is clean before checking out. - Turn off any water taps before leaving the premis. - Check-in at 3.00 p.m. and check-out at 12 p.m. - Maximum of 6 persons only are allowed to stay in the homestay. Don'ts ❌ - Do not rearrange the position of furniture. - Do not change setup of the tv or add additional accounts. - No smoking and drug taking in the premis - No pets allowed - No food or drinks in the bedroom - No parties or events allowed. - No loud noise after 12a.m. - No extra guests allowed to ensure safety and comfort for everyone. If you fail to follow the house rules, a penalty will be imposed on you based on the damaged that has been done.
