Quarry House is situated just outside Aberporth, Ceredigion and was built in the early 1900’s. It has recently been completed to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Enjoy beautiful views of the sea from the comfort of the top-floor bedroom. Close to sandy beaches, it's perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, and kayaking. The village has pubs, cafes, and shops. Penrallt Hotel is a short walk or drive for dining. The space There is a public footpath which can be found opposite the property and is ideal for dog walking. This cottage is perfect for exploring the coast path, providing fantastic views along the coast and out over Cardigan Bay. The Bay is famous for its bottlenose dolphins, which can often be seen playing among the waves. Follow the Wales Coast Path eastwards towards Tresaith, and you’ll find yourself at another charming coastal village. The Penrallt Hotel is a short walk or a few minutes drive around the corner, ideal for lunches or dinner. There is a stream at the bottom of the garden. There is an outdoor shower (cold water supply only) ideal for dogs or cleaning off sandy wetsuits, paddle boards etc. There is off-road parking for 4 cars or space for one car to be parked opposite the property across the road. As part of these works, some areas of the lawn have been reseeded. The grass should establish itself soon, but growth times are weather-dependent, so a little patience may be required while it fully recovers. Other things to note Pre-arrival • Most Mobile phone companies have reception at this property • Free Wifi • Many of the plug points throughout the property also have USB connectors Arrival and car parking • If you park on the off-road area next to the 'Quarry House' sign, it is a short walk, including a few steps to the front door, it is a bit uneven underfoot • The parking area is gravelled Inside • Apart from the carpet in the downstairs bedroom, all flooring on the ground floor is suitable for dogs • The Top Floor Bedroom or Downstairs Bedrooms both have space for a cot • The Smart TV has a remote control/possible to log in to your Netflix Account • Kitchen - Cordless Kettle • Bathrooms – No support rails • The downstairs bedroom has space for Lap top working. Another small table & chair could be used for laptop working in the First Floor Bedroom Outside • Garden - Patio area at the top, sloping garden with a stream hazard at the bottom, dogs must be kept on a lead in the garden. There is a stream at the bottom of the garden, please ensure children are supervised
