Elegant and modern ground floor apartment in a single house near the forest and the lake , completely renovated in 2023 with a living area with living room, kitchen and double sofa bed, direct access to the garden and private terrace, two double bedrooms each with a spacious bathroom. The space Ground floor apartment of about 55sqm with modern and functional design, very bright and cosy, with porcelain stoneware floor with a wooden effect, two double bedrooms with handmade mattresses in Trentino, each with its own private bathroom, one with window and the other with washing machine area, both with large shower, sink with large built-in cabinet, hairdryer, courtesy line, bidet and hanging toilet, room with closet, living room-kitchen with sofa bed in faux leather and French window facing south with large terrace for private use and garden. Parking and motorbike are available. Particularly suitable for stays of couples, friends or families from 4 to 6 people. Guest access LaLuNaMia offers its customers a parking space in our private parking and, on request, place for bicycles and skis. Upon arrival the check-in will be made in the presence of one or both owners or in case of need, access will be possible through code to be typed on the numeric keypad outside the house. The apartment is located on the ground floor and to access from the private parking to the house there is an external staircase. The entire outdoor house, parking and staircase are lit.
