Step into our inviting living room, where relaxation and entertainment go hand in hand. Our full size kitchen features a fridge, sink, microwave, stove, oven, NESPRESSO coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, and pots/pans making it convenient to prepare, store and heat up your snacks and refreshments throughout your stay. **Complimentary drinks and snacks are offered**! Drift off into a restful slumber on our plush double bed and extra sofa bed, complete with cozy pillows, ensuring you wake up rejuvenated and ready to take on the day's adventures. Guest access Separate entrance to basement suit directly into the living room. A bathroom is next to living room and a few steps from living room is the spacious bedroom with ample natural light. Other things to note ***There are two beds, one in the bedroom and the other is a sofa bed*** 1. A family with young kids live upstairs so you may hear footsteps when they are home. 2. This suite is completely private. It has its own entrance and a locked door that separates it from upper space. 3. Only those persons registered on the reservation are permitted on the property. 4. To preserve the pristine condition of our beautiful carpet, we have thoughtfully placed a couple of matt at the entrance. This serves as an extra layer of protection, preventing any potential stains or dirt from being tracked onto the carpeted areas, 5. Please turn lights/ appliances off when not in use 6. As much as we adore furry friends, we have implemented a strict no pets policy in our unit. This decision ensures a serene and allergen-free environment, making it ideal for guests who may have allergies or prefer a pet-free space. 7. No parties or events are allowed during your stay. 8. No smokers. No smoking. Smoke of any and all substance is strictly prohibited. This applies to both inside and outside. Including, but not limited to: -Cigarettes -Cigars -Vape -Marijuana -Candles -Incense We have a zero-tolerance rule. Violators will have reservations terminated by AirBnB and subject to $1000 smoking fine. (Subject to additional cleaning fees to remove the odor, replace damaged linens/materials from the smoke etc.) Violations under this rule include but are not limited to: Smoking in the home, smoking around of the home, smoking in the backyard.
