Description

Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. We are private room landlords and offer apartments in our own house. My name is Angela and I will always be on site during your stay. The space The apartment includes a large living room with kitchen and living room and access to the large terrace (south-facing). There is also a toilet on the floor. There are also 3 bedrooms with large box-spring beds and a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Guest access The access to the house is provided for 24h and access is granted with a key, stored in a key-box. Code for the key-box will be adapted for each reservation and provided in the check-in information in advance. It's most convenient to explore the neighborhood and city center by walking around. If you prefer train or bus you'll find a stop close by. There's also "tier" rental scooters available everywhere. If you arrive by car you can park on the street. There's an hourly fee on weekdays which totals in €7/day. Parking is free on weekends Other things to note Kids are warmly welcome and we also can offer e.g. a cot Dear guests, you spend your stay in a private guesthouse. We put a lot of effort into maintaining our accommodations and hope that you have a pleasant time with us or come to rest here after work. The following house rules are intended to provide assistance. In it we describe how we imagine our rooms and inventory should be handled. For your own relief, we have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the rooms properly, you will help us to continue to provide you with attractive accommodation in the future. Generally If you miss anything in the facility or need help, please contact us (Angela & Hannes) in confidence. All furnishings that are in or belong to your accommodation may be used by you. Please handle the furnishings and inventory with care. Make sure that other fellow travelers also adhere to these rules. Duty of care Please close all windows and doors when leaving the room to avoid damage that may occur due to severe weather. Electronic devices should be switched off when leaving the room Keys Please do not give away your keys. If the keys are lost, the tenant is liable up to the amount of the replacement cost for a new lock. The key must not be handed over to strangers. You are welcome to leave the key in the key box during your stay. Always close the main door! Bath-Room We ask that you do not dispose of any hygiene products (especially wet wipes) or leftover food in the toilet. Kitchen The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Please note that only dishes that are clean and dry should be put back in the cupboards. The same applies to cutlery, pots and other equipment that you have used. After use, we ask you to clean them again. We would be happy to give you cleaning supplies for this. Garbage Since we have waste separation, we ask you to help us with this. There are separate instructions for check-out. To the smokers Smoking in the house and in our rooms is prohibited without exception. Damage such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, floors, bed linen, tablecloths, etc. means that we have to invoice you for this at the replacement value. You can smoke in front of the house or on the terrace/balcony. Rest periods In the spirit of good neighborliness and consideration for other guests, we ask you to observe quiet from 10 p.m. Damage or loss Nobody intentionally damages or loses things. However, it can happen to anyone that something gets broken or lost. We would be pleased if you would inform us of the damage or loss that has occurred so that we do not have to discover this until after your departure or during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damage or loss in the amount of the replacement value. Parking options Parking is possible in Neurauthgasse and Fauenanger. There is a parking meter at the address Neurauthgasse 9a (left) and shortly after Neurauthgasse 24 after the turn into Frauenanger (right). • Working days Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm (9am to 7pm) • EUR 1 for the first half hour, then EUR 0.10. • Maximum (day ticket) = EUR 8 It's free on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Pets Bringing pets is generally prohibited. Laundry You are welcome to do your laundry by prior arrangement. The washing machine is on the 2nd floor. Miscellaneous Please keep all your personal belongings in your room. Do not leave any clothes or shoes lying around the house as we are not liable for any dirt or damage. Please coordinate the reception of visitors with the landlords. It is generally forbidden for people outside the house to stay overnight. Weapons of any kind are not allowed into our guesthouse.
