We are delighted to introduce our 180 m² cottage, perfectly suited to accommodate up to 14 people. Located in Aumontzey, on a very quiet street, and just 15 minutes from Gérardmer, this cottage is ideal for peaceful holidays with family or friends. The space You will be greeted by a spacious cloakroom equipped with a sauna and a laundry area. After a busy day exploring the surroundings, what could be better than relaxing in the soothing heat of the sauna? The open plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large dining room and living room. It's a great place to prepare and share meals in a friendly atmosphere. For your convenience, a separate toilet is provided on the ground floor. Our four double bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to ensure a restful sleep, as well as our dorm with two bunk beds (four single beds) and two single beds, totaling 14 beds. Three bathrooms equipped with a shower, vanity unit and towel dryer, two of which have a toilet, are at your disposal. The children are not to be outdone with a dedicated play area to their delight. Baby gear is also available. Outside, to extend the moments of relaxation, you can enjoy our inflatable hot tub away from prying eyes, as well as an inflatable castle to let off steam the children. Enjoy the sun in our garden with terrace and barbecue. For pétanque lovers, we have set up a pitch just for you. We offer bed linen for rent (€13/double set and €11/single set). Towels are not provided, but shower mats are available for everyone. On site, you will be greeted by Émilie de VSH Conciergerie, who will remain available throughout your stay to offer you additional services (brunch, caterers, etc.). When you book, a complete welcome booklet and a tourist guide will be sent to you to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For reservations made after January 23, a cleaning fee is applied and charged directly through the platform. For reservations booked before January 23rd, gas and electricity charges will be payable before your arrival: For winter stays from 9/15 to 4/15: flat rate of €40 per night. - For summer stays from 16/04 to 14/09: flat rate of €25 per night. You will receive a message a few days before your arrival with all the information. Please note that barbecues are in winter storage from October 1 to April 1 each year and are therefore not available during this period. For the sake of respect for our neighborhood, we do not accept celebrations of events such as bachelorette or bachelorette parties, or any other noisy parties. Thank you for your understanding.
