The space is a one bedroom, second floor apartment. Located on the South Shore of Long Island, we are approximately an hour to NYC (via train), an hour to the wineries on the east end and have several State Parks (Robert Moses, connetequot, Jones Beach) nearby. The space is close to main St, there are some shops and great restaurants all within walking distance. Several beaches are close by. Fire Island ferries are 4 miles away. Robert Moses State park is 20 minute drive. Other things to note Don’t judge a book by its cover, This is an old house and was built in the late 1800’s. The floors are a bit crooked and the exterior of the home is still in need of a renovation, big renovation. So please take the exterior into consideration when booking, it’s not that pretty.
