Mid-century Home near Strip/Downtown w/Heated Pool

This stylish & spacious mid-century modern home is perfect for a family getaway or a couples retreat. The house consists of 2 primary bedrooms with king size beds, a third bedroom with a queen size bed and 2.5 bathrooms. The house has all the amenities for a great vacation: gig-wifi, a flat screen TV, 2-car garage, heated pool, and a full kitchen with all the things you need away from home. The home is close to the strip/downtown with easy access to shops, and restaurants in the area. The space This is a very comfortable and spacious midcentury home located in a quiet community with private plunge pool and covered lanai. The plunge pool is solar, and gas heated. If you plan on using the pool, please let me know ahead of time so I can have it heated prior to your arrival. There is no additional fee to heat the pool. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, and one with a queen size. The third bedroom is unattached from the rest of the home, and is accessible from the patio (it has its own tv and desk). There’s also an additional game room with an air hockey table. Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, coffee machine, toaster, fridge/freezer, dish washing machine. Laundry room. Pool towels provided. Guest access You will have full access to the house except for 2 rooms: a closet in the primary bedroom which has a lock on it, as well as a pool closet located off the patio. Other things to note Please take your shoes off at the door, and do not wear them inside. I want to reiterate, that there is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house. An ashtray will be provided on the coffee table on the outside patio, but please smoke responsibly. If there are any visible burn holes or any sign of ashes on any of the furniture outside, you will be responsible for replacement. Also, parties or gatherings of outside people other than those registered on Airbnb and with the reservation are not allowed. If you’re at the home on a Tuesday, the pool man comes every Tuesday between 12-2 to clean the pool. Registration Details Exempt
