Smart Studio, the suite has a separate entrance and offers parking with an automatic gate for guests. The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood, on a cul-de-sac, which ensures a peaceful and quiet environment. In addition, the location is convenient, as it is only a 12-minute drive from Praia das Cigarras and 10 minutes from Praia do Porto Novo. This makes it great choice for those who want closer beaches and at the same time have a private place. The space Suite independent of the rest of the house, with separate entrance, features a double bed, two single beds, refrigerator, microwave, Alexa device, lamps and split air-conditioning. Guest access Common areas such as the garage, laundry and backyard are shared with the property owners. During your stay We live on the ground floor of the property, so my husband and I will always be ready to serve guests. Other things to note There are 4 pets on the property, all of them very quiet. They are: Dom (a friendly little dog who loves to make friends and receive visitors), Nick (a Shitzu who is a little crazy, but a good "guy"), Ágata (an old lady Dachshund who is suspicious at first, but soon makes friends), and Jade (a young Dachshund, super cute). The only ones who will be able to visit the upper part of the house where the suite is located will be Dom and Nick, but we usually put a small gate on the stairs so they don't go up all the time.
