Emilia's Villa

If you want to disconnect from the routine that causes us so much stress, come and connect with nature in La Villa de Emilia. It's what you're looking for, unique, quiet and relaxing with wonderful views of the wonderful valley. It is located in Jete, a small and cozy village in the Tropical Valley in the city of Granada. You can also enjoy the coast, as Almuñécar is less than 15 minutes away by car. Beaches that make our entire coast special! Don't miss out. The space The house has a large outdoor terrace where you can relax and enjoy the sun, tranquility and nature that surrounds us in the tropical valley. To get to the door of the house you have to climb 20 steps and we will have the front door with the incredible outdoor terrace. This gives the home that touch of privacy and independence. On the first floor we have a fully equipped master bedroom with a window to the outside. On the same floor are the living-dining room, the kitchen with pantry and the full bathroom with shower and bidet. All spaces are bright thanks to the windows that all face the outside. On the second floor there is another double bedroom with an exterior balcony and views of the valley, another single bedroom with an exterior balcony and views of the valley as well, two other single bedrooms with full windows to the outside and a full bathroom with bathtub, bidet and window to the outside. Guest access The whole house is rented. The common areas will be the spacious living-dining room, the outdoor terrace, the kitchen and the bathrooms. Each tenant can have their own room. Other things to note The pool; although the portal shows it as "incredible pools" we want to clarify that it is a pool for about 4/5 people made of plastic 1 meter high, soon a real pool will be installed, but so far, you can give yourself a refreshment here!
