Near the beach in Redondo Beach

Beautiful newly remodeled condo, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Near shopping malls, grocery stores, movies, hiking spots, music venues and lots other fun and entertainment activities. Close to all the beaches around the area, 5 minutes from Redondo Pier, 10 minutes from Hermosa Beach and 15 min from Manhattan Beach. About 20 min from LAX. The space You will have your own room, your own full bathroom, (not sharing bathroom) , big closet, work space with a desk and chair. Lots of sun lights and ocean breeze. Guest access Their own private bathroom with nice shower, balcony with table and chairs, and cappuccino machine. Guests are allowed to use the fridge to put their light snacks, such yogurt, coffee cream, drinks, milk. Limited kitchen access available for light meals in the microwave, salads, cereals, sandwiches, etc. You’re welcome to relax in the balcony and watch the hummingbirds and squirrels in the trees next to balcony. During your stay Hello and welcome! I’m a single mother with 2 beautiful children They live part time with me. I work most the time and I won’t be around much but I’m available anytime if you text or call me if you need any help or info about places to go or anything regarding the access areas in the Club House. Thank you ! Other things to note You can use the gym, pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court. Restaurants near by to grab a bite to eat and drinks.
