High speed WiFi, California King bed, queen sized air mattress, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, large Smart TVs in living room and bedroom, workspace, and walk in closet. The space When you arrive, an open living room/kitchen/workspace will welcome you with warm Arizona light peeking through the blinds of the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. You'll enjoy crisp, comfortable mornings having your coffee outside on the balcony, or, if you prefer, you can sit on the couch and enjoy some television. If you are more of a reader, there are books for all age ranges with a variety of interests for the avid reader to enjoy. Board games are also provided (and encouraged!) to play with. You won’t have to worry about purchasing essentials when you want to stay in and make a nice meal for yourself or company: a starter set of amenities, including toiletries and laundry soap, are included with this property. Sink into the brand new memory foam mattress with loads of comfy pillows after a long day or night. You won't have to worry about the sun waking you up with blackout curtains made for sleeping in. Wrap yourself in a large, fluffy towel after you bathe with the Vegan toiletries provided. If you are a long term guest, you will have a walk-in closet large enough to store all of your belongings. Babies are Welcome! Pack n’ Play, Children’s books, games, and utensils are available upon request. A queen air mattress is available upon request for extra sleeping space as well. The smoking or vaping of any substance including marijuana in the condo, patio area in front of the condo, and in the condo common areas; and/or bringing in pets of over 20lbs is prohibited; doing any of these will cause you to lose your security deposit. The pool is for people staying at the condo; no invited guests. The pool is heated except for December 1 to January 31. If you are traveling with a baby and want to have the baby items such as a crib, high chair, baby gate, toys and a stroller, please let me know which items you would like when you make your reservation. If they are available, I will place them in the condo for you when you arrive at no extra charge. Packages can be delivered to the door, but there is no USPS mail service available.
