5-minute walk to the beach: Santa Rita and Pereque-Mirim

Our place is new and designed to create a relaxing environment for guests! We have beach chairs, a cooler, barbecue utensils, a full kitchen and TVs with streaming so you can enjoy your trip to the fullest! We are 300 meters from Perequê Mirim Beach, 750 meters from Santa Rita Beach (via trail) and 900 meters from Enseada. Downtown Ubatuba is a 15-20 minute drive. The region also has a number of restaurants and amenities nearby, and it is possible to do everything on foot! The space Our space has: -2 bedrooms (1 en-suite with TV) -55m² - Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler -Balcony with barbecue grill -Full kitchen -Screens on the windows -Electronic lock with password entry -1 covered parking space (if you need more spaces, check availability, subject to additional fees) -Pet friendly (subject to additional fees) -Washing machine (cleaning items not included) -Water filter -Basic cleaning items (toilet paper, soap and detergent) -Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not included) -Games for fun with friends and family -110V outlets -Accommodates up to 6 people Guest access Check-in: from 3 p.m. Check-out: by 10 a.m. We have early check-in and extended check-out options, subject to availability and for a fee. Property Entrance: via electronic lock, the password for which will be sent to the guest the day before check-in. During the stay, the guest will have their own control to be able to enter the building without the need to use the entrance. Parking: We have 1 covered parking space free of charge. If you need one more, an additional R$ 40 will be charged to your stay (subject to availability). Other things to note We do not provide bed and bath linens. Our mattresses and pillows have only a waterproof protective cover. We provide basic condiments for preparing dishes, as well as toilet paper, hand soap, detergent, dishwashing sponge and dishcloth. We do not provide tablecloths. We ask that guests not smoke inside the house. If it is verified at checkout that the environment smells of cigarettes, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. We accept pets in our accommodation, subject to additional fees depending on the number and size. We have nets on the windows, although the photos do not show them (they were taken before the installation). Amounts vary according to the number of guests. Please enter the correct number of guests when booking. NOTE: For now, the building's Jacuzzi and playground are closed for maintenance.
