Terrigal Beach Getaway - 50 meters to the sea

Character filled 2 bedroom townhouse nestled right in the heart of Terrigal. Everything at your fingertips, good coffee, grocery store, cafes, restaurants and bars. But most importantly Terrigal surf beach which is only 50m away. Go for a stroll to the Haven on the newly built boardwalk or enjoy some retail therapy at the local small boutiques. Or just relax on the balcony with the sound and smell of the ocean. The space The townhouse is situated behind a row of shops and cafes. Removed from direct street noise, to feel relaxed. Yet close enough to be right in the thick of it, when wanted. The bedrooms, main bathroom, private laundry, rear courtyard with clothes line and front garden are on the bottom level. Both bedrooms have queen beds and space to hang and fold clothes away, so you're not living out of a suitcase. The kitchen, dining, living area and large balcony with outdoor dining are upstairs on the top floor over looking the garden and rooftops with small water views North and South. The sound and smell of the ocean ever present. The retro (original) kitchen is well preserved with added new appliances. The pantry is well stocked and you will not want for anything with the choice of cookware and utensils. There is a Smart TV, Bose Bluetooth speaker, cd player with cd's under the TV cabinet which you can play. Along with boardgames for those rainy or lazy days. Relax on the 3 seater + chaise lounge, leather swivel or Danish arm chair. Reverse cycle air con also available. Front loader washing machine and dryer also available. No shoes to be worn inside the house, as we have recently carpeted. It's not one of those minimal white furnished places with stock photography on the walls. It has paintings my mother has done while she's been learning to paint. Colourful sheets and family photos. It's had a few alterations here and there but still has a bit of an 80's feel. While we have said no pets allowed we will take pets into consideration on request.
