The location is within 15 min. from Douthat State Park & beach, golf courses and 30-40 min. from The Greenbrier Luxury Resort. The space This cute house has everything, exactly as you need it! The house is comfortable and ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Great for those who want all the amenities of home for either a short, mid-term or even a long-term stay; ideal for fishing trips and traveling professionals, alike. The Verge St. Villa has everything you need. Come enjoy all the attractions that Alleghany County has to offer! Guest access There are Smart or Roku TV's in each room. There's also free use of an onsite washer and dryer along with basic laundry supplies. Guests have access to mini-split units, ceiling and rotating fans. Host may remotely monitor and adjust temperatures in support of energy efficiency. Additional fees may be imposed if AC is run below 68 degrees F or technical issues occur as a result of tampering with interior or exterior on/off panel. Other things to note Upload your photo prior to check-in. Include yourself and everyone accompanying in your reservation; guest names must be added prior to check-in. The host may require a signed Lease Agreement, a deposit hold and/or security deposit, state-issued disclosures & inspection list prior to or upon check-in. No running allowed inside the house. Please be courteous to surrounding neighbors and be mindful of noise levels both inside and outside of the unit. The base nightly rate includes 4 guests; $50 nightly guest rate applies beyond 4 guests. Send inquiry if interested in mid-term or long-term stay. A zero-tolerance policy in effect for partying, drug use, vaping or smoking of any substance (i.e. cigar, cigarettes, nicotine, etc.). Feminine hygiene products must be properly disposed in the trash can and not the toilet. Use the remote control to operate AC/heating mini-split units; Host may remotely monitor and access AC units to ensure energy efficiency. Additional Fees: $350 smoking fee (smoking not allowed) $250 pet cleaning fee (pets not allowed) $100 fee to unclog drain/toilet. $100 mini-split repair -do not use on/off mini-split panel button or prevent host from maintaining remote access. $25 per unit, if AC/heater left unattended or left running at checkout.
