Beach/Oceanfront, hot tub & your Own private beach

“Seahorse by the Sea” is a luxurious beachfront/gulf front house with a private boardwalk to your own private beach (VERY rare in Destin to not share a beach with neighbors!) There are 3 living areas, three kitchens, and every bedroom has a view of the water. Amenities include a ten-person spa, free beach service, bikes, kayak, beach toys, computer, karaoke machine, and parking for five vehicles. Walking distance or ride bikes to several restaurants, ice cream store, and a winery! The space New for 2024! A 6-burner gas range with 2 electric ovens on main floor, new microwave on main floor, new dishwasher on main floor, and new extra-large dryer on main floor. We put the electric cooktop and oven in the beach level suite, new full-size refrigerator in beach level suite, and two new Beautyrest queen mattresses in beach level suite. New for 2023! A spacious 10-person spa on the beachfront deck, two new air conditioning units, and we converted the jack/jill bathroom on the middle level to two separate bathrooms with walk-in showers. New vinyl flooring in the bedrooms, new grill, we also added a computer and a karaoke machine for our guests to use. Find us on social media! Beachrentaldestin Sleeping Arrangements: Main level (top): Primary bedroom with king bed and guest bedroom with two queen beds Middle level: Two bedrooms with king beds and living/bunk room with two full size bunkbeds with twin trundles and a fold out sofa. Bottom (beach) level: Two queen size beds and a twin daybed with twin trundle. We are not in a neighborhood or hoa and we own the beach all the way to the wet sand so you will have your own private beach behind the house! There are no restrictions so you can put up a sunshade or rent a golf cart. The TOP floor is the main floor. It has 10-foot ceilings and travertine floors. The living area has two leather sectionals with powered recliners, and a wet bar with an icemaker and a sink. The large windows and sliding glass door that lead to the oversized balcony offer panoramic views of the ocean. The kitchen on the top floor has granite countertops and all new kitchenware including a k-duo Keurig coffee maker that uses either ground coffee or k-cups. You can make a pot of coffee or a single cup. The reverse osmosis water filter under the sink provides great tasting water so you don't have to purchase water bottles. The dining area has a large table with ten chairs. The primary bedroom on this floor has a king size bed, a whirlpool spa, and gorgeous views of the ocean from the oversized balcony which spans across the house. The primary bathroom has double vanities with granite counters, a walk-in shower, a water closet, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom on this floor has two queen beds, an adjoining full bathroom with tub/shower, and overlooks the front of the house. It has a view of the ocean from a side window. The spacious laundry room also on the top floor is equipped with a full-size washer, extra-large dryer, sink, and a built-in ironing board. The MIDDLE floor has a living area/bunk bedroom with awesome views of the water and sliding glass doors that lead to the large, covered balcony. This room has a fold out sofa, desk, computer, cable tv, and two full size bunk beds with twin trundles. There is a kitchenette which is convenient for drinks/snacks without going upstairs. It has a sink, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and mini fridge. There are two king size bedrooms on this floor. One bedroom has a king bed, direct ocean views, a sliding glass door to the balcony, and an adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this floor also has a king size bed, and a view of the ocean from a side window. The bathroom with a walk-in shower opens up to both the bedroom and the living area. The BOTTOM (beach ) level is separate from the other two floors. The ocean views on this level are amazing and can be seen throughout the suite! The large suite has a kitchen, eating area, living area, two queen size murphy beds, and a twin size daybed with a twin trundle. The bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. The full kitchen has a cooktop stove, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, built-in ice maker, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. One of the walk-in closets has extra beach chairs and beach umbrellas, a beach cart, boogie boards, beach towels, floats, skimboards, two paddles for the kayak, life jackets, and sand toys. A propane grill is located on the enormous beach level deck along with a 10-person spa. We offer free beach service with 4 chairs and two umbrellas from March-October. They will be set up Sun-Fri from before 9am-5pm. All of the three decks have patio furniture. The boardwalk has additional built-in seating close to the water and an outdoor shower. There is a two person kayak located under the boardwalk. The two car garage, circle drive, and long driveway provide plenty of space for multiple vehicles. A Pack n' Play and an umbrella stroller are located in the closet where the bunk beds are located. The occupancy rate for Okaloosa county is 16 guests. Wonderful bike and walking trails go both directions from the house. We have 4 new adult bikes for our guests to use. Six restaurants that are very close to the house: Captain Dave's (a 4 min walk and on beach) Kenny D's bar & grill (a 5 min walk) The Crab Trap (a 10 min walk and on beach) Pompano Joe's (.9 mile and on beach) Camille's at Crystal Beach cafe/restaurant w/ live music. (1.6 miles away has ocean view) Whale's Tail- breakfast, lunch, and dinner. (1.8 miles away and on beach) Frozen Dune Rolled Ice cream shop one mile away.
