About luggage storage You can leave your luggage in the entrance after 11 am, but please do not enter the room until 3 pm as it is being cleaned. Please be sure to contact us when you leave your luggage at the entrance. Please refrain from unpacking your luggage when you are storing it. Please note that luggage that has been unpacked will be considered as a forgotten item by the previous guest and will be subject to collection and disposal. We also cannot guarantee any of the above. 2. About noise Please do not speak too loudly or make loud noises during your stay, as there are neighbors. If the manager receives a complaint from a neighbor and the manager warns you, but you do not stop, you will be forced to leave after reporting to the government. In addition, if there are any expenses incurred at that time, they will be charged as a nuisance fee, and no refunds will be given for the remaining nights. 3. About smoking Absolutely no smoking inside or in the facility. If staff see you smoking, or if there are traces of cigarette butts or tobacco, or if there is a smell of tobacco in the room, you will be charged an additional 30,000 yen for room cleaning. 4. About saving electricity Please be sure to turn off all lights and appliances when you go out or leave your room. 5. Guest access Only guests registered on the site can enter the room and apartment premises. Be sure to register with the correct number of people when you make your reservation. If we find out that more people are entering the room, we will charge you twice the amount of the number of nights booked, regardless of whether you are staying. Shoes inside are strictly prohibited. If we find out that you have entered with shoes, we may charge a separate cleaning fee of 20,000 yen. 6. About cleaning Please let me know as soon as possible if there are any areas that have not been cleaned at the time of check-in. We do not accept requests during your stay or after checkout. We do not change or clean towels during your stay. Please note that the cleaning fee listed on the site is for cleaning after check-in and not for room keeping during your stay. 7. Damage, loss, and [stains] Please use the room within the bounds of common sense. If we find any damaged or missing items (Wifi, keys, etc.) after you check out, we'll charge you a fine immediately through the site. For long-term stays, please pay special attention to dirt and grease around water. We may charge a special cleaning fee for extreme dirt that cannot be removed by normal cleaning Please let us know immediately if any of your room equipment is damaged or lost. Please also let me know immediately if there is any problem with the room at the time of check-in. If you lose the key, we will charge you 20,000 yen to replace the cylinder for security reasons. 8. ID submission If you live in Japan, you must submit the passport of the representative, and if you do not, you must submit the passport of all guests. The facility is obliged to keep and submit them to the government, so please cooperate. 9. Lost items If we find a lost item, we will keep it at the facility or management office for one week. We will dispose of any forgotten items that we have not heard from within one week of the checkout date. Food, beverages, and condiments will be disposed of during cleaning for hygiene management. 10. Exceeding check-out time If we find out that you have stayed past the specified check-out time, we will charge you under the following conditions We will receive it.
