Firefly Estate Bequia - NUTMEG (LOWER FLOOR)

The Cinnamon and Nutmeg rooms are on the lower level of the main guest room block but in an elevated position with several stone steps leading to them. They have beautiful views of the Plantation and Caribbean Sea beyond. With luxury amenities and linens, AC, free wi fi and a romantic mosquito draped King sized bed, Nutmeg has a fresh, light and spacious Caribbean feel. A large walk in closet with mini bar gives plenty of space to unpack your belongings and make yourself feel at home. The space The room is very spacious with sliding glass and mahogany doors which open onto a large balcony where you will find comfortable seating and sun loungers so you can relax and enjoy the view in your own private space. The bathroom has twin sinks and the large sea-pebble tiled, double waterfall showers which open through sliding doors to the outside so you can step outside in your bare feet and enjoy the views and tropical breezes as you dry off. There is an adjoining door, with privacy lock on each side, to connect the Cinnamon and Nutmeg balconies should you wish to combine these two rooms. Guest access The Firefly Estate is located in a very peaceful and tranquil part of Bequia with groves of swaying palm trees and lush hill sides framing the magnificent ocean view. Firefly is approximately 15 minutes from the airport and just a five minute ride from Port Elizabeth where the ferries come in and the main town is located. Taxis are cheap and plentiful on Bequia or you can rent your own car. The Firefly staff are welcoming, friendly and professional and pride themselves on making your stay truly special. A full time manager is available to assist with any questions or with booking any activities you may want. Guests are invited to enjoy the hotels beautiful pool, explore the Estate, play a round of 'Cross County Golf' or Croquet in the hotel grounds. There is lots to do on Bequia from bustling local bars and rum shops, beautiful beaches, interesting art galleries, colourful local vendors stalls and shopping. Treat yourself to a massage at one of the local spas or be more active with wonderful diving, sailing or hiking and exploring the wilder uninhabited parts of beautiful Bequia. Other things to note The hotel does have steps so we regret we are not subtitle for those with a disability or the elderly. We happily cater to vegan and vegetarian diets and do our best to provide gluten free alternatives where we can.
