Furnished 28 m² flat, with leisure, clean beach with exclusive access, perfect for children, rates vary according to the chosen period. 1 covered parking space, exclusive flat Wi-Fi. The apartment is delivered clean only once. We do not provide toiletries (toothpaste, soap). OPTIONAL bed linen and towels are available separately. Check-in at 3 p.m. (time may be extended until 4 p.m. due to demand in the condominium) and check-out at 12 p.m. The space Cozy place and very close to the multi-sport courts and with a wonderful view of the Costa Verde Sea of Angra dos Reis. Guest access Our Guests will have access to the internal facilities of the condominium: Swimming Pool, Sauna, Gym, Children's Playground, Bar Boat on weekends, Pool, Toto, Ping Pong, Tennis Court and Multi-sports, among other items available; Other things to note We don't provide bed linens or towels! If you are interested, a separate amount of R$35.00 per couple will be charged for the bed linen kit and R$5.00 for each towel. This material can be picked up until 9 pm at the reception after payment, which must be made at the time. NO ANIMALS WE HAVE A COOKTOP FOR PREPARING QUICK MEALS. The internet is EXCLUSIVE TO THE FLAT. The flat accommodates up to 4 adults. We do not provide cleaning and personal hygiene items (soap, etc.)
