We offer you an old colonial-style house, which retains a period charm, with its high ceilings, wooden floors and high doors. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with basic equipment, a living room and an inner courtyard. The location is unbeatable, you'll find many services, urban transportation, restaurants, museums and tourist attractions. The space If you want to enjoy the cultural and nightlife of Montevideo, this accommodation is ideal, you can walk to many places. ATTENTION: We ask that you READ the description very carefully before making your reservation, the price is in relation to the quality of the accommodation. This accommodation may not be what you need if you are looking for the comfort or service of a hotel. Our house is old, the floors are made of pine, the patio has a skylight that the bedroom doors open onto. The living room has a window facing the street. Everything will be clean and tidy, working properly, but the house is not recycled. Other things to note The house has a basic contracted electricity rate, so it is important not to have high consumption devices (stove, water heater, etc.) switched on simultaneously. The inner courtyard has a very high wall, but it is very bright. If the weather is very windy, a little dust can enter the patio. We suggest guests not leave electronic devices or other delicate objects in that space. You can use all the appliances and facilities available in the house. The main door faces the street and works with a very secure lock. A key is used to enter, and from the inside it will open by pressing a pin. There is no free parking for cars. You can park on the street but it is paid. Near the house there are several private parking lots that we can recommend. The refrigerator has a non-dry, wet-cold system. Below it stores food.
