You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Located in the Finger Lakes region of New York State, perfectly perched for the best travel itineraries in the area. Turtle Rock Hollow B&B was constructed in 2023 and can offer a uniquely private stay. Secured, private suites, each with their own full bath, provide a cozy night's sleep. Guests can access common areas/use fire pits in the yard for cooking and bonfires. 1 of 3 suites available. Host offers a host of experiences. The space Turtle Rock Hollow offers country serenity and allows guests to relax and roam our 8 acre property. Retreating to the seclusion of our spacious guest suites, you will find a comfortable recliner or cozy chair and queen/king size beds to provide a calming escape. The beds have electric heated bedding for the cool winter nights. Additionally, our rooms include ceiling fans. Off the bedroom, is a private bathroom that includes a shower, guest towels, complimentary hand soaps. Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access. In the gathering room guests will find a local attraction center, board games and puzzles. There is also space for "Dinner for two". The Gathering Room is equipped with a hospitality area where guests can help themselves to hot and cold water, tea, coffee, hot cocoa and fresh fruit. Stemware is available for use by those who prefer to "wine" a bit. We offer fine China place settings upon request. Comfortable, intimate seating arrangements are scattered throughout the home and grounds for further relaxation. The Living room offers spectacular views of the hillside and valley floor. With the luxurious carpet under you feet you can relax with a glass of wine or pint of beer and meet some new friends. A beautiful baby grand piano graces the living room. Your host plays daily and invites guests to sing and play along. There is also an acoustic guitar begging to be played. Guest access In addition to their suites, guests have access to all common spaces in the home. Kitchen, living room, gathering room, fire pit and outdoor seating areas. Our large deck overlooks the south end of Honeoye Lake. Guests are welcome to hang on the deck, use our smoker/grill, spot our Bald Eagles that are nested nearby. Our greenhouse and gardens are both new in 2026. Come see what's growing on and off the deck in 26'. Additionally, our location gives access to a vast menu of local activities. Host is all about sharing this information with her guests. During your stay I generally like to welcome her guests upon arrival. I am available, if need be, throughout your stay. Providing breakfast in the morning gives me an opportunity to provide any information on local activities. We are working toward being able to provide seasonal fruits and veggies that are grown here on the property. Other things to note We do have a kitty. Foosa is 20 years old and loves to hob nob with our guests.
