Tucked away in the woods, you'll have plenty of privacy while only being minutes away from town, marinas and local restaurants. Whether you want to be by the pool, hot tub, or watch the kids play in the fields-your will discover endless fun at our 6,800 sq ft luxury lodge retreat. The space Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, stargaze at night or relax by the fire. Nestled against the Ouachita National Forest, the woods and wildlife will entertain you. Deer, wild turkeys, and Bald Eagles are frequent visitors to our pond. The lodge is designed to provide a unique environment for meetings, corporate retreats and groups or family outings. The layout is perfect for the individual needs of one group at a time, with comfortable overnight accommodations for 18 guests. There are several dedicated workspaces, one per floor. Additionally, there are many gathering areas throughout the home. There is a dedicated room for games or poker night! Many memories will be made at this very special retreat. The home is equipped with Roku Smart TV’s as well as WIFI access. A large deck off the open floor plan living/kitchen/dining area offers ample outdoor seating, two grills, tables and sofas for the ultimate spot for relaxation. The large open kitchen gets beautiful morning light to enjoy coffee by. Luxuriously appointed bedrooms are all different from one another. Your every need has been anticipated so expect to have the most comfortable stay of your life. Your home away from home, everything is provided to make sure that your family and friends can relax and spend time bonding and making memories. The kitchen is fully stocked, just bring the food and beverages! Luxury linens cover the well-appointed beds. High tech HVAC systems will keep you cozy in the winter and cool during the summer. Everything comes ready to go for 18 people. From the bed linens, to the bath towels, to the cooking pots, pans, appliances, plates, mugs, silverware, to the pool towels, and outside seating on the main deck and around the pool. Guest access The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home also comes with the following: - High-Speed Wi-Fi - Central Heat and Air - Laundry Room (Washer/Dryer, Detergent, Iron/Board) -Exterior Security Cameras - Free Parking Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: ***PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL HEATING IS NOT AVAILABLE FROM DECEMBER 1ST TO JANUARY 31ST*** ***The pool is open year round. Pool heat is by request only*** ***Must give a 48hr notice! Any shorter notice is not guaranteed and will result in an addition $50 fee*** ***90 degrees maximum heat setting*** ***$200/day*** ***Must be heated for the duration of the stay.*** ***Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.*** *** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. *** *** The doorbell at the front door of the property is a Ring Video Doorbell used to monitor access when the property is unoccupied. For the privacy of our guests, there are no interior cameras. *** *** There are outdoor cats that live on the property. No need to worry as they are very friendly! *** ***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans, with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.*** ***Please be aware of the local wildlife around the house, including deers, bears, snakes, geese, etc.. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside and be cautious when walking in the area.*** ***If applicable: The outdoor sink is winterized from November to April and will not be operable during this time*** We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8 AM to 11 PM.
