Discover plenty of places to relax and unwind, be it on the living room’s huge corner sofa or in the games room, complete with a computer console, multi-use gaming table and even its own bar. The kitchen/diner is a sociable spot to share a meal with loved ones whilst you plan the next day’s activities gathered around the dining table. Alternatively, head outside on a warm evening and dine alfresco in the expansive grounds. There is a delightful patio immediately to the rear with a hot tub, built-in charcoal BBQ and garden furniture. A lawn leads from here to the bordering woodland, which you can walk through to reach the private riverbank and marshland. A fully enclosed dog-walking paddock is shared with the neighbouring property and has pathways cut into the grass towards a central oak tree providing a lovely shady spot to sit and relax. At the end of the day, climb the stairs to be greeted by two double bedrooms with elegant en-suite shower rooms, two twin rooms and a king room, all beautifully furnished and promising a good night’s sleep in this peaceful location.
