We welcome you to beautiful Evergreen, Colorado! Our home is a 2 bed/2+ bath, multilevel home nestled in the woods. It is most comfortable for 4, but can accommodate 5 using the sofa bed in the basement. This is a non-smoking, pet free home. Please note there are stairs to get to each level of the home. The space The main floor boasts a large, well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook up wonderful meals if you so choose. There is also a comfortable bedroom with queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, dining room table, and kitchen island. The family room has a comfortable leather couch with two built in recliners, and 2 chairs, electric fireplace and 50 inch television. Upstairs is the loft style primary bedroom, sporting a comfortable king sized bed with premium linens and large walk-in shower. Enjoy the walk-out basement complete with a 70 inch television and pool table all ready and waiting for you to enjoy the big game or movie nights! Pull out sofa bed is available for extra guests. Washer and dryer is also available in the basement as well. Outside enjoy the wrap around deck in the sun, or cozy up to the fire table under the covered portion of the deck. There is a gas grill for bbq-ing. Guest access You have access to the entire home. Other things to note This is a pet free home. There is a generator that will come on automatically in case of a power outage. The home is comfortable for 2-4 guests. There is a sofa bed for 1 more if necessary.
