Idyllic cottage: Isaberg, free electric car charging

Welcome to our cottage in Bondaryd, which is surrounded by open meadows with grazing cows, cranes and the forest's wildlife. Enjoy the view of the fields. Go out and hike or bike through the beautiful landscapes. Kyrksjön, a nice child-friendly swimming area is 1.5 km from the house. Good fishing opportunities nearby. 14 km to Isabergs adventure park. Hike in the National Park Store Mosse (25 km) or Wild Western High Chaparral (28 km). Take a shopping day in Ullared Gekås (50 km), Jönköping (70 km) or Borås (60 km) The space The cottage has a living area of 45 square meters. Great light from all sides . A large secluded newly built terrace is available with panoramic views of meadow and fields that offer a rich wildlife. The cabin is located at the back of the host house property in a relatively private and secluded location. See photo in Exterior. Two smaller bedrooms with bunk beds and one hallway that connects the rooms. An extra fold out bed for adults is located in the smaller bedroom under the bed, (See pictures below). In the living room there is a large and comfortable corner sofa and a 55 "TV . A mini kitchen with two hot plates, 2 smaller refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a mini oven that is on one fridge. Microwave is available in the kitchen area and dishwasher. Spacious bathroom with shower corner, washing machine and dryer. Bed linens and duvets/pillows as well as bath towels /towels are available here to borrow . Electric car charging station is available ( 4- 6 kWh/h). BBQ facilities are available and a trampoline and outdoor toys for the playful. The lot is shared with the host family or during the dates 11/7-6/8 with any tenants IN the house. On some dates summer time (11/7-6/8), the large patio out on the lawn belongs to the possible guests in the house. But the plot itself also has you and the house free access to. Key instructions are shared via Airbnb 24 hours prior to arrival. Guest access You can use the whole cottage and the garden and the trampoline. However, not out on the fields as it is not our land. The large patio is intended for the house's possible guests these dates , but you both have free access to the property. The woodshed is available for borrowing high chairs. Other things to note The cottage is left cleaned and nice. Cleaning is not included. Note: Cleaning ritual!!!! Vacuum all floors Clean toilet seats/sink Thread all surfaces Wet dust all surfaces The cottage is located in a relatively private and secluded location on the back plot of the host family (see picture in Exterior) An extra fold-out bed for adults is under the bed In the smaller bedroom, (see pictures below) . Note: 11/7e-3/8e so our house may possibly be occupied by rental guests. Then the grounds are shared with them. Note : Period 11/7-3/8⬇️ If you want to borrow bath towels, you need to wash them, tumble dry them and put them in the closet before checking out. <️11/7-3/8 ➡️Bed linen/Bedset is here to borrow as usual even during these dates. Just put them in a bag and throw in the woodshed inside the plank when you check out. <️11/7-3/8➡️ If the dishcloth, kitchen towel or hand towel from the bathroom are damp, hang them out on the washing line outside the cabin before you check out, if not, put them in the laundry basket. Note: This only⬆️ applies for this period . Otherwise, I do the laundry myself . You have free access to the plot and patio with trampoline, outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities. The cottage should be left in the same condition as it looked upon arrival. Bed linen and bath towels are available to use free of charge. High chairs are available in the woodshed , travel cot for children plus potty available in the cabin . 4 folding sun loungers are tilted against the host house's patio in the back .
