Nestled just a stone's throw away from the main street of Yea, there lies a hidden gem; a picturesque 3 bedroom cottage style home that is tastefully decorated and well appointed, to suit your needs. This enchanting, peaceful abode, is wrapped in the tranquillity of its natural surroundings and is within walking distance of many of Yea's favourite cafes and eateries, and is the perfect place for a couple, family or friends get-away. Upon entering the cottage, you will be welcomed into the spacious, comfortable, open-plan living and dining area that opens onto the back deck which extends the length of the home - the perfect place for quiet morning coffee, for relaxing with a book or for enjoying an afternoon beverage. The lounge area is furnished with a 3 seater couch, 2 recliner chairs and a cosy reading chair, along with large tv, numerous DVDs and board games for your entertainment. The dining area has seating for 6 and split system reverse cycle heating and cooling to ensure our guests' comfort throughout the seasons. The kitchen is well equipped, making it possible for guests to prepare their own meals should they wish to. Through the kitchen guests will find the laundry which contains a washer and dryer for your convenience, along with a full size ironing board and iron. A separate bathroom and toilet ensure a little extra privacy. The bathroom contains a shower only and is equipped with both hair dyer and hair straightener. The cottage boasts three well-appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful sleep. The beds - two double-sized beds and one single - are adorned with plush bedding and soft linens, creating a cosy haven for each guest. There is also a single fold up bed available that would be suitable for a child / smaller person. Large windows in each room frame the picturesque outdoor views, allowing natural light to flood the space and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. In each bedroom is a pedestal fan for those warmer summer evenings and an extra blanket for the cooler winter nights. There is also ample hanging space and storage in the built-in wardrobes in each room. Yea Town Cottage provides a wonderfully comfortable yet central location for those wishing to explore what Yea and surrounds has to offer. Jump on your bike and explore the Great Victorian Rail Trail and Cheviot Railway Tunnel - a perfect day out on the pedals for the whole family. See stunning wildlife at the innovative Yea Wetlands and Discovery Centre. Take a short drive to Sedona Estate to sample local wines with stunning views of the Yea Valley.
