The space Icuka Guesthouse Kiskunlacháza NTAK ID:23056003 Icuka Guesthouse is a fully renovated holiday home in Kiskunlacháza, 50m from the Danube bank. In a quiet little street, this lovely little cottage shines in vintage style. From winter to autumn, it welcomes guests all year round, whether they want to relax, go on a trip, but also for active recreation and fishing. In the garden there is a barbecue suitable for grilling, and on the terrace there is a grill that provides a pleasant atmosphere for smaller or larger gatherings of friends, family or even for team building training. We provide charcoal and wood for pleasant grilling and barbecue! We always treat our guests with 1 bottle of wine and a little snack! Unlimited coffee and tea are available to guests! The guest house serves the full comfort of 6 people. From the terrace, we arrive at the front door to the living room. On the lower level there is a fully equipped kitchen with a living room dining room (electric stove with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, built-in refrigerator). In the living room there is a TV with a family package, and an electric fireplace provides the warmth of intimate evenings. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa set, which can comfortably accommodate two people. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor, which has a shower with a toilet. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler. Upstairs is a very cozy staircase with two separate rooms. One room has a double bed with a TV , while the other has two single beds. The comfort of the guests is ensured by a 4-person light therapy jacuzzi!The property can be inhabited in winter and summer thanks to the cooling and heating air conditioner! There's wifi in the house. In the garden there is a swing, a hammock and a sunbed with a parasol. The cottage has its own jetty with a 5-person motorboat. It is also possible to use a sandy free beach about 500m from the jetty. There is a football field, volleyball court and buffets on the beach. 300m away there is a concrete hawk track on which the watercraft can be lowered into the water. From the illuminated jetty, you have an excellent opportunity to go fishing or boating. Accessible by boat: the Ráckeve market, which is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays, as well as the Aqua Land Thermal and Adventure Bath and several islands. We provide 2 bicycles to explore the area!
