In a quiet little street, this lovely little cottage shines in vintage style. From autumn to autumn, she welcomes her guests all year round, they even want to relax and hike, but there is also an active relaxation, fishing. There is also a baking oven in the garden and a barbecue on the terrace, which provides a nice atmosphere for smaller large friendly, family gatherings or even a team-building training. The guesthouse serves the complete comfort of 6 people. From the terrace at the front door, we arrive in the living room. On the lower floor is the fully equipped kitchen with the living room dining room (electric stove with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, built-in fridge). The living room has a TV with a family package and an electric fireplace for the warmth of intimate evenings. The living room has a pull-out sofa set that can comfortably accommodate two people. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower with a toilet. Hot water is provided by electric boiler. Upstairs is a very cozy staircase with two separate rooms. One room has a double bed with a TV , while the other has two single beds. The guests are provided with a 4-person sun terrace jacuzzi!The property is habitable in winter in summer thanks to the fridge heater air conditioning! The house has wifi. There is a swing, hanging and sun lounger in the garden with an umbrella. The cottage has its own pier on a 5-person speedboat. It is also possible to use a sandy free beach about 500m from the dock. There is a soccer field, volleyball court and buffets on the beach. There is a concrete slip of 300m on which watercraft can be lowered onto the water. From the illuminated pier, there is a great opportunity to go fishing or boating.
