Private Ground Floor Among Trees

Welcome to our space we want to share! Kitchenette, gym, patio, TV with Wii U and Chromecast (Disney + Stan included!), wifi, bathroom, workspace - all yours! So close to the National Park and Belgrave. It's the whole ground floor of our house, completely private, seperate entry and parking. We live upstairs and can’t wait for you to enjoy what we love every day. Fitness required to walk up the yard, no disabled access - but it's worth it! Dedicated parking and only a few mins to the bus. The space The room is the bottom level of the house, not connected internally, and separate entrance. It’s one large room with an ensuite (note shower has a step up), and in the cupboards there is a kitchenette, full fridge and microwave. There is also a kettle, toaster and electric frypan for some basic cooking needs. Queen sized bed, lounge with TV, Wii U, Chromecast and free-to-air TV, gym if you feel like working out! Also a small desk if you have any work to do. Lovely patio you can relax on and watch the birds. Please note - you’ll see a bunch of holes around the property, but not to worry! These are very small and nocturnal land crayfish that are specific to the Dandenongs. Not harmful at all and you’ll be lucky to even see one. Look them up, very interesting! Guest access You can park in the dedicated parking area and walk up the sloped yard to the ground floor level. The path is lit with coloured solar lights, if arriving at night you may need to use your phone torch. Key safe right next to the door entry. You can roam this whole front yard area at your leisure, the whole downstairs room and patio is all yours! Would ask you refrain from walking up the sloped lot further around on either of the side of the house on the steps, which leads up to the front entry, unless something urgent is required. Other things to note We aim for your stay to be peaceful and private. We use tank water and the water pump is outside, not very loud, we refrain from using it during sleep hours. We have dogs but the fenced yard is up the top part of the property so they are well out of your way! We do have a cat that may roam during the day, if you don’t like cats please let me know. In rare severe weather with wind and rain there are chances of internet dropping briefly or worst case power cutting for a short time. Lastly, we are on septic so no use of harsh chemicals, all items like the supplied (dish liquid, body wash, shampoo/conditioner) are absolutely fine! Do not flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet, please use the bin provided.
