It does not have five-star hotel luxuries, although it is an energetically cared for space, something that those who are able to capture it will perceive... It is on a 700-meter plot that is divided into two parts by a wooden fence. The side I rent has the apartment, half the park and some very nice willows. It is possible to make a fire in a burner that can be moved. If you don't bring firewood, I ask that if you use the one that is there, you replace it in some way. The other part of the land, on the other side of the fence, is the little house that I live in. You can take advantage of the whole land, looking for the places where you like to sit and/or lie on the grass. The apartment I rent is completely independent of the house I live in. I have a dog named Fabina and two cats, one, the white one is called Cuchu and the black one is called Michu. They are companions and wise healers. They stay with me, although they may visit you if you like animals. There is also a hexagonal quincho, which can be included or not, with a larger space, with chairs and Paraguayan hammocks, where you can be if it rains, if you have children or if you simply decide to enjoy it. *It has WiFi. *Kitchen. *Kitchenette. *Refrigerator with freezer. *Electric heater. *Electric kettle. *Fan. *Shower with hot water from shuveiro allowed. *Two flex armchairs. *Burner to make fire outside. *Chairs and beach table. *Paraguayan hammocks. There are sheets for the two beds and a large towel and a small one, so I ask for an additional $150. Likewise, I ask that you take your garbage with you or, if you do not have a car, leave the contribution of $150 to pay whoever collects and moves the garbage. In the same vein, please leave everything clean and tidy as it was found. Given the difficulties of recent times, I ask for a deposit of $500 in cash, for two hours of cleaning, which will be returned later at check-out, in which we will review the house together, just as we will do at check-in. Wash what was used and return it to its place, stored where it was found, leave the floor swept and if required, washed. In general, everything in the same condition as it was found. The space is not as impeccable as a 5-star hotel, but it has the level of cleanliness and comforts of a country house or a small ranch in Valiceño. Therefore, please leave it as you found it.
