Offering high-speed wifi and a private in-unit jacuzzi, this updated home will provide everything you need for your mountain adventures. The space Guests have access to the entire condo, 2 bedrooms (including master room), 4 beds and a pullout, three full bathrooms (all private). This townhome offers cable TV and high-speed wifi so guests can use the 60" smart TV and personal phones/computers. Guests will have 2 parking permits and can park on assigned labeled spots directly in front of the townhome. Guests can use the private in-unit jacuzzi (active), balcony, and laundry any time they'd like. LOCATION: - Vons Supermarket: 0.8 mile drive (3 min drive) - Eagle Lodge: 1.0 mile drive (3 min drive) - Canyon Lodge: 0.1 mile walk to transit stop (3 min walk) - The Village: 1.1 mile drive (3 min drive) - Canyon Lodge: 2.1 mile drive (6 min drive) The townhome is adjacent to the Sierra Star Golf Course and on the walking/bike path to offer easy access to tour all of Mammoth Lakes. A quick walk or drive to Old Mammoth Road will offer you access to some of the best restaurants that Mammoth has to offer. Make a trip to Distant Brewing, The Stove, or Giovanni's for a great meal. JACUZZI: The jacuzzi is active and generally maintained at 102 degrees. Jacuzzi maintenance is scheduled every Monday (4:30pm) and Friday (11:30am). Please note, the maintenance tech must enter to unit to reach the jacuzzi upstairs. If you prefer privacy, please let us know and we can do our best to accommodate. KITCHEN: Caffeine: Keurig and coffee pot are available for use, along with coffee mugs; tea kettle also available for use. Cooking Supplies: Pots, pans, three cutting boards, silverware, cast-iron skillet, and a crockpot for chili after a cold day on the mountain. Dishwasher & detergent. Glasses: Wine, beer, and cocktail glasses. Fridge: Stocked with ice trays. BATHROOM: Shower & Bath: Full bath/shower in each room. Stocked with clean towels in each room. OUTDOOR: Disclosure - there is Ring doorbell on the side of the unit to ensure only guests and their friends have access to the unit. AIR CONDITIONING: Please note that this unit does not have central AC. The unit does have a portable AC that keeps the downstairs cool. In the peak of the summer, it’s recommended to keep the balcony door and windows open upstairs to create a draft and keep the upstairs cool. Guest access Electronic Keypad on Front Door - guests will get a custom access code prior to arrival via text or Airbnb message. Other things to note CANCELLATION POLICY: We are a remote mountain location and on a strict cancellation policy. We don’t provide refunds due to weather/roads/smoke conditions.
