Close to public transport stops but comes with a parking space which usually are hard to find in this area. The space This charming 1-bedroom apartment clicks fully with the surrounding boho style of Kalamaja. There is a big wardrobe on your right when you enter the apartment to store all your coats and jackets that are definitely useful in the cool Estonian weather. The living room has a cozy sofa and a flat screen TV with channel access as well as smart TV functions (Netflix etc). One of the stars of the apartment is a big balcony overlooking Vabriku street and the roofs of neighbouring houses. There is sunlight throughout the day during summer time. We've set some cozy chairs and a table to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine there. The kitchen is attached to the living area equipped with a retro style refrigerator, an espresso machine, electric stove top, water kettle, toaster, dishwasher and even an oven to prepare all kinds of wonderful meals. A round dining table, high quality silverware, dishes, pots and pans are at your disposal. A separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed, spacious closet and a dresser. High quality sheets and towels are provided for the guests. The view from the bedroom as well as from the bathroom (Yes, there's a window in the bathroom!) is towards the old town and you can see the lights of our Government house during winter months. There is a toilet, shower and design sink in the bathroom. For your convenience, there's a rain shower function, a washing machine and even a view from the bathroom. If you feel it's impossible to set your hair in the Estonian weather without a hair dryer then you don't need to bring one - this property is equipped with a hair dryer and even cotton pads and liquid soap. In this penthouse apartment you will feel right at home! Guest access The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, the whole apartment is at your disposal :) Let me know your arrival time and I will meet you at the property. Other things to note Free parking is available on the street just outside of the property but if you inform us beforehand we can provide you with a private parking spot under the building in the gated complex. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed and noise should be kept to a minimum during sleeping hours. Please recycle waste. You can leave empty bottles (glass and plastic) and cans that you have purchased in Estonia in the apartment and we will take care of them. For the rest there are 4 different garbage bins behind the building: for bio waste, for plastic and packages, for paper and cardboard and one for general waste.
